We need to get a solid from Burc. It is important as a businessman that he does this. At least he can tell us if there is an issue getting it out (EG.. too much on his plate, not all frags ready, etc.). Having paid for the order, there are certain obligations... such as providing the product in a timely and professional manner, or letting us know why he is unable to do so. We need to be able to plan our lives and right now, this is making things difficult. Is it always this much work to get an order? I am becoming frustrated with this process and lack of communication.
