Quick update, TANK HOLDS WATER!!!! Whooo. Just playing with the sump return right now. I made the overflow a little low for my liking. So, I am trying to silicone on a 1/2" strip of plastic. Wish me luck

Pics to come later, Im to busy right now

Thats OK, I stayed up all night thawing my arms... Tap water is CCCCCCOold LOL.

Still messin with the sump return. getting the overflow to work nicely, and the return not to siphon.

FTS

Anti-Siphon device. A straw that will be in the overflow. WHen the power goes out, overflow drains faster than tank, then the straw becomes uncovered and stops the siphon. Under normal operation, the overflow level is higher than the straw and the water does not splash. That is my idea. Waiting for Silicone to set up for a trial.

Ohh I did that allright. More to the fact that the overflow needed to be siliconed in, BUT, without water in tank, couldnt see how it's going to be. Kinda a catch 22. Wasn't sure how high above the overflow, the water level would be
