I asked if he could put some light over the tank with the flames any light even a flashlight. I explained I was looking for the flame with the most red. He just walked away. I was pretty choked he would even get out a flashlight or somthing to put over the tank.

I wont be going back and will keep shopping at AI.

Wow I hope there customer service is better then that. nice way to open the new store treating customers like that. that's too bad

I've been there lots and the staff has been fantastic! I live on the west end and make the drive because of the service, avoiding AI like the plague!

I have been and the service was very good, eager to help and give advice and took time to help a newb with his dumb questions. Store was coming along nicely and will be great given time to come together. Will certainly make the 90 mile drive back in the near future
