I've had material shipped with Greyhound three times and 2 of them were beat up and broken. Plus the claims process is pure hell.
I'm glad I had a very nice seller who took the time to help me out with the claim or I would've been SOL

The thing is... so what if you get insurance? They still broke your damn item, and now what was the point of getting it shipped fast? And now you have to claim it = time out of your day... it would almost be cheaper to use air-canada door-to-door if they break whatever you ship.
