Default Worm, Snake, ell any ideas what it is?

I found this in my tank yesterday but was not able to get a photo of it until today it moves pretty fast and does not seem to care about anything?

Any ideas on what it is? Photos are not great but its blackish, skinny and about 2 inches long

could be a ribbon worm. Phylum Nemertea.

Could be a ribbon worm closest thing I have googled that looks like it.
