Yeah they really don't do this for anyone who looses a fish. I love the shop but this is the one thing I have always found weird. Even Big Als replaced a fish that I got which died three days later. No questions asked.

I lost 6 Scissor Tail gobies over the past few weeks and I feel they were sick to begin with (because other fish in my tank never just die and the gobies are suppose to be tough) and I should be able to get a credit or something. But I will not even bother asking since I know it won't happen

Like I said, great, great shop but I have never understood their policy or lack of one for fish that die within a few days. Many of the places I used to shop at in the US would just ask that you bring the fish in or take pics and sometimes a water sample. Then replace it or give you a credit. Seems easy enough but I guess they don't want to take the loss.
