I emailed J&L a little while ago about adding the 5 kg bucket of rowaphos to their website and they did. So now I know the price. After tax and with free shipping rowaphos would be $29.53 per pound if you purchase the 5 kg bucket for $324.80
Converted another way the HCGFO from BRS will be about (depends on exchange rate) $35.29 per pound for a $564.58 16 lbs bucket... Or if you really want the big 40 lbs bucket of HCGFO you'll pay $30.60 per pound. Thats ($820x1.15+$77.15)x1.2=1224.18/40lbs=$30.60/lbs Rowaphos is cheeper.
