Default Looking for an article here on How/why to setup a refugium

Perhaps someone can answer this newbie question. I have read a bit about refugiums and know they help control nitrates. However, I am trying to figure out what is the best way to set them up, what lighting to use, what plants are the best nutrient absorbers, etc.

I thought this subject might be a good article to have in the newbie section.

Default detailed 200G setup

The Reef Web has a very good detailed set up of a 200G tank they have done. It has lots of useful information, including refugiums etc.
