-124 above water 6" from bulb
-54 just below surface
-21 12" deep
-8 20" deep

My 2x39W PC fixture (10,000K[brand new] and actinic [ancient]) 12" above my QT:
-42 at water's surface
-15 at 6" deep
-9 at 18" deep
