Could UPS have left it on your step Tuesday? I seriously doubt UPS was making any deliverys on New Years Day. Could a neighbor have signed for it and left it out?

I hate UPS. Never frozen frags but have had some solid test kits.

Yes I was shocked to see it today. All I know is it was not here when I went to bed this morn but it was when I woke up this afternnon. Their tracking said it was left on front step at 17:11 (I was home). What address they left it at I don't know but they did have my correct address. I can't even find out if it was the Driver that dropped it off or not cause UPS is closed today.

Sorry to hear ... hopefully insurance will cover your loss.

I've had issues with couriers in the past one even signed my name for me and left a laptop on my step - I complained and I don't think he works there any more.

Not sure what delivery service/terms you had but the following document outlines the terms of service for UPS http://www.ups.com/media/en/ca/terms_service_ca.pdf

Page 12 item 18 is quite concerning for any livestock deliveries ...page 13 & 14 has details on loss/damage and claims.

Well I'm sure you all can guess the smell from opening the bags, everything has the brown film over them. The only thing at the moment that looks like it stands a chance at life is a zoa frag.

Sounds like it may have been delivered to a neighbors house and they may have brought it over once they realized/found a box that wasn't theirs.

I have had purolator do that a few times with packages.

Only courier I have ever had good luck with so far is FedEx.

You were most likely at the end of the route for that driver.
