I might be able to do that, I'll take a look at the chunks and see if that works. guess I had my head wraped around one design.

I dont at all think a 1/8" gap would be a problem, there is next to no water pressure in an overflow box... I am a Glazier by trade, so I would be comfortable in doing it....
