What's Happening

Wow, I feel pretty jiped now. I've had two bad experiences, and nothing was done to rectify those issues. The best I was offered was a free calender for getting a damaged and scratched tank, after I specifically asked they check the tank before shipping.

But I will admit I have had good service on other orders!

And what the heck, I didn't get a free t-shirt? I've spent at least $2000+ with J&L via internet

I'm with ya Marie...I think in the last 2 months I have spent $2000.00+ with the new lights....ugh....hey I think we deserve more than a Tshirt but an entire outfit!

I don't know where this free T-shirt thing came from? I've never heard of it before! LOL

The company loves to hear individual feedback, but it will be of more value if spoken directly to them. Discussing it here will just keep this thread going on forever, wherein it will just get mixed up among other posts. If anyone has anything to say then I recommend an email or phone call to the company.
