Wow, I feel pretty jiped now. I've had two bad experiences, and nothing was done to rectify those issues. The best I was offered was a free calender for getting a damaged and scratched tank, after I specifically asked they check the tank before shipping.
 But I will admit I have had good service on other orders!  And what the heck, I didn't get a free t-shirt? I've spent at least $2000+ with J&L via internet
