Definitely wouldn't introduce a known pest into your 90g.

Quarantine the rock in the 30g until it's majanos free. Deal with them manually (cutting, pulling, burning) or chemically (kalk, vinegar). Don't need much light to keep the mushrooms going.

so you don't think i should take the live rock out of my 30g right now and dry it out? would'nt that be the easies way to kill off all the Majanos???
