I need to replace both recirculating pumps and am going through the place I bought my first one...at least it's a cheap replacement part!

yeas, same thing for me, both circulating pumps....funny thing is, the store I bought it from says I have to go through Red Sea directly to get replacement parts...
Well, i must tell you, Coralife is no better....I sent them an e-mail days ago and still no answer....anyone got a contact number for them?

I wonder if we could get a sticky in the vendor forum with all the contact information for the various companies we deal with. I know trying to find numbers that work from Canada to the US for some companies, e.g. Reeflo, is a huge pain, and a lot of work.

just an update, the 1-800 # for Red Sea now works, appears the hurricane was to blame, they were helpful at making it right...
as for Coralife, what a waste of energy, after FINALLY finding a number that works, i was forwarded to the warranty dept. only to have to leave a message for the guy that never called back. Nice Service... Note to self(and others) D'ONT buy Coralife!
