What is the size of your tank, and the other fish and their size?
Shut off your lights and stay away from the tank. If you can stick a bubbler near where she is it may help. Something is stressing your tank unless you did not acclimate properly. A stessed tang will guarantee an ich outbreak so start feedng garlic and selcon soaked food.
