Amazing collection of fish! Very nice indeed! Removal of excess nutrients must be a real chore with a bioload like that though eh?

Ya, I have 2 skimmers going. An Aqua C 2000, and an MRC 4 foot, dual beckett recirculator. I also have a 90 gallon with a 16 inch sand bed and a 120 gallon refugium plumbed inline. There is also a 130 gallon acclimation tank plumbed inline for new fish.

Welcome to Canreef. Nice photos and setup.
Just wondering if you have any tricks or techniques to get your copperband to start eating?

No tricks. I guess I just got lucky. He's a few yrs old, but if I remember correctly he spent his first few days in the top corner of the tank. Eventually he toughened up. Now he's at the front of the pack when fish when foods in the tank. He only eats frozen foods and keeps the display tank aptasia free. Sometimes I even scrape a few aptasias off the glass in my refugium and add them to the display for him to eat. He's a big copperband, biggest I've seen.

I very much envy your fish collection and your success of keeping them healthy. A few questions if you don't mind me asking.

1. How many fish in the system?
2. How many feedings per day?
3. How much water change and frequency?
4. What does your refugium contain?
5. Can you explain your new fish acclimating process?

With a tank of beloved fishes I know it is very risky to add a new potentially infected fish. What measures do you take in introducing new fish to the main tank. Please don't mind all the question as I would like to have some ideas from a real experienced person so I can apply to a similar tank.
