Default longnose butterfly food??

Just wondering if my longnose is getting enough to eat? I had a large amphipod population before I got him, but not sure how they are doing now? They've all gone into hiding lol. I've been finely choping Mysis and soaking them and Formula 1 and 2 pellets in Vitamins, and feeding all my fish that. Anyting else should I consider?
