Final stand design

Finals started on the final stage. As with all my DIY plans change, ideas come to me in mid project. I decided not to make the stereo stand part of the fish tank stand, since it would limit my access to the back of the tank.

Update: I have been battling a trim leak for months now and finally just shortened my stand pipe. Leak Gone

Now the paint and hardware. Hopefully I can make it look 1000 years old in a couple days.

nice work. cant believe you did that all yourself that is alot of work. i like the idea of your tank being offset in your stand and having all that space beside it.
SHARK BAIT OH HA HA. i love that movie its one of my favourites. maybe you could get a few close ups up your tank dwellers.

Ahhh! Finally I see the light at the end of the tank build tunnel and boy is my wife happy. Just a few finishing details left to go.
