yes the furance in in the back ground , and no I dont need a chiller funny as heck that room doesnt get hot...

|
well had the plumber in today for a full day's work to discover that i had to rip out the floor where my fish room and laundry room was going to go. Thank god that I did that I was wondering why my kitchen sink was really slow. and this is what I found.
   my new floor drain since we have the floor chewed up

man i cant believe how good this thing is looking already. looks like its going to be pretty great when its done.
So what excatly was the plumber there for in the first place? the clog? or the floor drain?

well the kitchen sink has been giving us some problems , but the laundry room didnt have sink and I wanted a sink for the fish room so once we sorted out what we needed, we went all out. then that is when we noticed thebad line coming from the sink. Im glad that we went that extra mile in the end. it paid off.

here is the finished floor so far the pipe is just there until I moved the washer over across the other side.
 this is where my sink is going to go just to the left of the pipe, and the wall that will divide the fish room and the laundry room will be 36" bi fold doors.  and here is my Fish sink  man I can't believe that im getting excited over a sink.... ya ya ya I know its a mess isn't it Well you need to have the good guy in there trowling the cement right. God I'm so good at what I do.......   And with all the reno's and ripping up the floor, and putting in another new tank.. See My wife still has a happy smile.....
