Default 90g progect going soo slow.

I have been working on a 36x24x24 for a while now, as i was getting frustrated with the way i was forced to stack the rock in the 72 gal bow that I currently have. I decided the tank must be near silent and have limited to no power-heads in the tank. I finally decided on a sequence dart hooked up to an OM 4 way and an silent overflow i stumbled upon. It can be found here

http://www.beananimal.com/projects/s...ow-system.aspx

I bought the tank with 2 holes already drilled one will be used for the 3rd safety overflow as seen in the above link, the other will be used as the return for the blueline 30x that will be for the sump. I then proceeded to drill for Two 1 1/2" outflows in the back of the tank and Four 1" return bulkheads in the bottom of the tank . I then cut a slot for an external overflow with 2 more holes in the overflow for the other two bulkheads necessary for the silent and failsafe overflow system. When i bought the tank it appeared to have a silicone repair job on the bottom of the tank so i decided to strip the tank are re silicone the entire tank. In order to make the tank silent as possible i am enclosing the stand completely and will be soundproofing the inside i will be using a rubberized roofing compound that will be rolled on to be 6 Mil thick and a 1/2" foam membrane designed for sound reduction under tile floors. I still have not decided if i will be using a mass loaded vinyl membrane under the other two layers for the ultimate in sound reduction. In order to vent the heat from the pumps I will add a baffle box with a fan to push air out of the cabinet. I bought some 1/2" glass with polished edges that I will be using for euro bracing. I would also like some stainless steel trim for the top and bottom. OK enough jabbering here is some pictures

Thats it for the cutting and drilling photos

Oh and just a heads up i would not recommend cutting a 11" slot in 1/2 glass with a dremel, It took me 6 hours

Currently building a 36x36x24 90g,sequence dart,OM 4 way 2' in 1 1/2 out external overflow, blueline overflow return pump. System Has to be near silent. Single reflector must be rectangular and have enough output for sps on top 2/3 of tank, wherever they are placed.

I bought the dart second hand as well, it had some rust inside the fan housing and some small spots on the body itself. I chemically removed all the rust and repainted the pump.
