Default 60g+15g

In about 2 months ill drill my tank but im not sure of the size of the bulkhead, overflow and return pump!

Main tank is 60g and the sump is 15g, here's what im thinking:

1'' intake with ball valve
3/4'' return
Mag 5 pump
Overflow size?

Thanks for your help!

I would drill it for an 1 1/2" bulkhead. You can always size it down with bushings to a smaller pipe size.

Ok so you would go with 1 1/2'' bulkhead for intake and 1'' or 3/4'' for return?

Same reasoning for the return; go for the larger size and reduce if needed.
