A 20 Gal sump will be fine, I had one on my 90 with no problems

kool thanks. i can stock the aquarium with max load of fish and corals too?\\

you have any pics etc on how to set a sump up. i am making it from scratch.

Check out this site. Melev's. The guy makes some incredible sump designs. It will give you some ideas of what you may want to build into your sump design.
