Have you found real a benefits to :

a.) Turning off the skimmer while dosing Bak/Food
b.) Running Carbon in a reactor?

I've been debating doing both myself.

not sure about the Carbon. I've always done it that way so I have nothing to compare to. I have how ever noticed a huge difference in turning the Skimmer of when dosing Bac/Food. I find the reactor clouds up a whole lot more when I pump.
