My rule for working on a AC pannel, is flip the big leaver to "off" first, then check with a meter to make sure it is off. Sorry i have seen people get blowen accross a room using the "one hand" and "on a rubber mat" method. The only time it is "absolutly" safe to work on power is when it is off! Steve
