Default Water filter system

Can a regular Home dept, GE two stage, under sink style water filter system do good enough job for reef tank? or must use a R/O one? Plus, any different between a human use R/O to fish R/O?

Guess would depend on source water but do remember people still use tap water.

RO is RO, Aqua-safe is popular for aquariums and is sold for drinking water.

You'll just pay more, for less. Check out aquasafesystems.
