![]() I found an adjustable wrench at Home Depot that would do it.
However, when a bulkhead fitting is leaking it is rarely because it isn't tight enough. Be careful.

![]() yep, was going to check the gasket if needed replace it or bulkhead. Could be a small crack or whatever.
