Default Kelowna tap water parameters

I will be moving BACK to Kelowna in the very near future from Calgary. As much as i will miss the awesome aquatics scene we have here, it will be nice to finally be home near family.

I was wondering, what are the parameters like from the tap water in the area?

I'm not sure what Kelowna water is like but many of the people I know that have reef's there use RO systems.

Welcome back to the Okanagan by the way! The more reefers here the better.

If the 1/2" of silt in my toilet tank is any indication....not good. (Kuring diy LR, not in the habit of checking toilet tanks)

Default Detailed water report

I don't know if I'll get in trouble for posting links but here goes:
This is the water supply regular test results.
Kamloops used to post them as well, but stopped doing so after the city wide RO plant came online. However Kelowna still publishes the water reports on the city web site.

There are many different water systems in Kelowna and they vary vastly!!! RO DI water is always a sefe bet, consistent starting point!

I have anywhere from a 156-175 TDS reading on my tap water before it enters my RO/DI unit.
