Fire head chiclid/redhead chiclid?

Hey guys I was at the lfs the other day and I seen some redhead chiclids for sale and I was going to get them but I thought I would ask if anybody has had any expierience with them? Any help would be great.

Here are some pictures of this fish.. not the ones at the store!
