Greg, I'd take the ballast back and get the M137. If you haven't used them yet that is. Albrite can order them with a hang time of 2 weeks. Having the proper ballast may not even improve intensity but it will improve bulb life and that is where the true savings are.

Tony, according to Sanjay's tests, the Iwasaki actually has more intensity with the normal ballast rather than the EYE ballast. I use the EYE ballast and I'll tell you, as far as intensity goes, there's no comparison between the Ushio 10000k 175W and the 250W Iwasaki.
