I did a second treatment a week later and I haven't seen a flatworm in 2 1/2 months (except in my nightmares). I think the trick is to treat everything that goes into your tank from now on.

Yellow Canary wrasses are God's gift to reefers when it comes to flatworms IMHO & IME. My Leopard kept their numbers from spreading & the Yellow wrasse totally eradicated them in a week or two.
As a bonus, Yellow wrasses stay small, are beautiful & totally cool fish.
