Matthias i have a duel conductivity/redox card. would be good if something was marked on the card to tell which is the conductivity or redox meter.

Tip for anyone with dual conductivity/redox sensor: the bottom sensor is the conductivity and the top is the redox.

Matthias,

re the flow rate of the pumps. do they adjust the speed as per dosing programme or do they just dose all at the same rate.

i set different flows for the pumps and it look like they all dose at the same speed.

So i quess you will be using the Lynksys wireless router if you are going wireless.
You have to find out the ssid by using the lynksys software or maybe putting 10.1.1.1 on the explorer bar.

@reef:
The dosing pumps have a flow rate of approx. 60ml/min. Due to tolerances of the motor or the pump it is possible that a pump has a different flow rate. You can correct the parameter "flow-rate" if needed. This parameter influences the calculated "on-time", not the speed.
Please see manual chapter "dosing pumps".
Error1: while the first seconds of boot-up ProfiLux can't communicate with View - than Error 1 is displayed. After boot-up is completed View starts to work - no problem
combo-card: there is no place for a print on the rear plate. But with each card is a manual shipped. This manual describes which functions the BNC-plugs have.

@teejay:
You can find the SSID also on your PC under "properties" of your network-connection.

Matthias i will check the dosing of the pumps as i am sure i put in the settings to dose 1ml, i did not put anything to dose yet but when i checked it was dosing far more than 1ml. it must have dosed for about 1 minute.

To confirm if i set the dosing rate at 1ml and dosing per day 24. it should dose 24ml a day. is that correct?

With the measurement data, will it be improved soon so we can copy and paste it. also the profilux control software, would good to be able to copy the screen shots.

not correct

you have to adjust the "rate/dosing".

The flow rate describes the used pump. Maybe something between 55 and 65ml.

In your case 1ml. If "dosings per day" = 24 you dose 24ml per day.

Please read the manual. There is everything i wrote in the last posts desribed.

Ok i will check my settings,

Any chance of getting motors of the dosing pump to dose slower? i doubt anything needs to be dosed so fast. is it because the slower pumps cost much more??
