Coral pruners

I am hoping for something tried and true that someone has used and know they work . I also need something that can be used inside the tank so a dremel is out.

I will at some point in the future be looking at pruning this guy down, some of its branches are nearly an inch and a half thick and I don't want to end up doing a hack job on it
