Default Two Questions? please

1. What causes SPS to lose it's bright colour and how do you bring it back?
2. How come my SPS don't extend there polyps my water parametes are fantastic across the board

HI There.

Your alk is a little low actually. Should be between 9-11.
Do you run a phosban reactor? And your water ro/di? Even though the test kits say 0 phosphate doesn't always mean 0 phosphate as the test kits can really not determine true phosphate.
And for the polyp extension what kind of fish do you have. Mabey a nipper amoung them?

I do use RO/DI water as well as use Biophos 3 a phosphate lock
I wonder if my flame angel has been a problem?
