I've used purple up in the past but didn't find it gave me any more coraline growth than with any other supliment. Give it a try if you already have it, it's not going to hurt anything.

Try searching Reefcentral and you'll get a bunch of reviews back about it. I've never tried it because of all the after effects I've been hearing about. It kind of scares me to be honest.
