New Natural Gas Initiative - Lock in prices for 5 years - Good idea?

Hey Anthony,
My neighbour owns CEG energy, one of the companies that is going to be knocking on doors and selling people these new rates. I dont know if everyone is aware but from what he was telling me, BC Hydro only makes money transporting the energy to the transfer stations not as much transferring to individual houses and so BC Hydro is promoting this and they lock you in to a contract for 5 years, the trial ones they have been doing have been a little bit under the real rates. I was going to be a district manager this summer because the pay is great however another thing came up and I had to go for it. I would ask everyone to be nice as the guys knocking on the doors will have been walking all day!
