![]() those hydors look to be quite the bargain. Saw one running in the long softie tank at gold's (in the back corner) and it was pushing a pretty wide water column.
ever thought about temperature fluctuations with the sump being in the furnace room? I considered doing the same but our furnace room reaches crazy high temperatures when the heater kicks in. Summer won't matter much since the heater will almost never kick in though.

![]() Allthough its late in the year and the furnace is not coming on as much as it does when it is really cold I have not seen an increase in the tank temp when it is running. I'm going to be running two of the stealth heaters in the sump to keep the temp up to around 80. I figured in the winter if it gets really hot in the furnace room I'll just mount a couple small fans on the wall beside the sump to cool down the water a bit.
I really like the hydor korlia, I'm excited to get my second one. comapring it to the seio of the same GPH rating the hydor has amuch better flow to it, more disperesed than just a stream of water. I really like the magnet mounting and the swivel options on it.
