It does look like an anemone,can you get a picture from the other side? With those kinky tenticles it might be aiptasia.

I"ve got plenty of Aiptasia so I know thats not it. This guy is mobile so not sure what to think. I watched him crawl across the glass for a while.
Kind of cool critter
