![]() Even easier is to take a really good pair of scissors. Just cut the stock like you would cut the branch off a tree. Right at the base. One quick snip and you have a nice frag for someone.
I've always used surgical scissors but any good quality pair will do. And that way you don't have to have both hands in the tank to cut off a piece.
