I do it all, steelhead right now though. I mainly fish gear in the winter and flyfish in the summer. Steelhead fishing has been insane this year.

Sucks over here, the Vedder has been flooded out more often than not... I've got a 9wt Spey that just hasn't even come out of the case this year... oh well there will be springs in the fall.

Doug, when the Vedder is out, you should be fishing in your backyard! Not exactly spey water, but I've heard the Alouette has been good this year.

sweet id love to go fly fishing for steelhead nothing over here is open yet that i know of...... no steel head here anyway......... and not much of a fly fisherman any way just going to try it out this year for the first time.... bought the fly rod like 6 yrs ago and never tried it out...... should be fun

ive heard that but im too far away to hit the bow just for a few hours..... a few hour drive for a few hours of fishing not worth it......... its worth it for a day trip for sure!!!!!!
