seems fairly straight forward for the most part, dose either HGH or AA one hour before lights out, then pappone. turn down skimmer and keep elevated Ca, Mg, Strontium and alk....see corals blossom
 hopefully. seems to work wonders who for those that have been using the method for years and years. i just started last week but haven't really anything much more to comment on since the dosing starts on a once a week basis but i'll keep letting you know how it works for me.here's another epic thread: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showth...5&pagenumber=1
