![]() I used a 1/2" john guest type fitting. It has to be drilled out to let the probe pass right through. You just pop out the retainer ring and o-ring, then run a drill bit through, then put it back together. Oh, and you need to make sure you heve the fitting that has the 1/2" np threads so its large enough for the probe to pass through.
Having the probe in the reactor is not mandatory, but I have noticed it is much more accurate to control.
