![]() I just drilled my 65g. Got the drill bit off eBay (seller: lau from THK). It's pretty easy if you follow the instructions on Reef Central.

![]() Not sure what it would cost you out there but here in the Vancouver area prices are around $25-$30 per hole. I did some glass drilling with the dremel and diamond bit and it worked out alright, there is a diamond cutting disk that works better if you decide to build an external overflow but then you'll still need to drill holes for bulkheads.
