Why did you stop selling Cutco? I've used them before. I wasn't too awfully impressed. They're stamped, not forged
 Anyway, I guess it was inevitable, but I've finally sliced off the tip of my thumb with one of the knives (dumb mistake, I know, I WATCH FOOD NETWORK TOO). The knife  The result  Half an hour and two bandages later  EL OH EL! FRICKING SWEET EH? Edit: Actually, about Cutco, the Double-D blades were pretty nift, but the straight edge knives left a lot to be desired for knives of that price range.
