too much flow?

or a couple maybe 3

tunze nanos, I'm replacing my seios with them, seios well my 1100's stop working every once and a while. the nanos are also cheaper

which nanostreams would you recommend? and how many of them in my tank?

tunze nanostream 6025 or tunze nanostream 6045 ?

I have a 72g standard tank, I find 2 seio 1100's a 620 and the return are still not enough. But I do have the tank packed with a lot of rock. Go big or go home

Not that I have any seios, but I've read on numerous occasions that they are not anemone safe because of the unprotected intakes.

Yeah i put fine mesh gutter guard around mine...hard to explain and i have no camera.

6055's

but the 6045's are nice too i have a couple of them. mostly just to hit my other pumps to create more erradict movement with my flow...they are kind stuck to the bottom angling up towards the seio's
