Try visiting or calling a few fire extinguisher refill shops for a used tank. Also I noticed that around here Home Depot is setup for drop off the empty and pickup a full tank. No idea what it costs but it sure would be more convenient then waiting for a refill. Maybe someone on the board has looked into it already.
