I'll have to see if I can find a "head pressure vs. flow rate" for mag drives, but wouldn't a Mag7 or maybe a Mag9 probably be in that ballpark (400gph at 5')? Worst case maybe a Mag12 or a Mag18. If you have one of those kicking around I'd give it a shot (or see if someone has one of those models).
I have a mag18 that you could borrow if you want to just try it out, but I'd need it back (it will be running MY skimmer ... 8) ) cheers
