it cant be the om that produces them. i have 4 outlets open at all times and of the 8 outlets total only 1 has micro bubbles. when i close the ballvalve they stop, But theres nothing i can do so far to the joints to stop the bubbles.

any other ideas other then pvc glue or duct tape? think silicone would work??

You could wrap the pipe producing the micro bubbles in serane wrap and ducktape over that at all the joints and see if that help. Or wait till the insides of the pipes slime up and that mine stop it.
