You might want to treat him with some kind of broad spectrum antibiotic, that or an antiparasitic/fungicide like Maracyn (saltwater version).

Just a quick update.
After getting him on some better food enriched with speralina and Selcon he has made a full recovery and his colour is great. Thanks hockeynut (Kalum)
