Anyone have a pH monitor?

A little birdie told me you can build a reactor out of a tomatoe juice can, an old fire extinguisher, some rope, a tractor tire, an old toothbrush and some washing soda, then you won't maybe need to own a pH monitor

I don't have one, btw... :P
