Never and I mean NEVER have anything delivered by UPS from the States
Definately use USPS for the $5.00 flat fee when possible, but not all companies will ship USPS, sometimes they only use one carrier, often UPS or Fedex.
Sometimes if you explain to them that is saves you over $50 at the border, they will make an exception.
